B1 to C1 – Grammar Clinic – Usually, Used To, Would, Be Used to & Get Used To

We use:

‘Usually’ + Present Simple to talk about habits & routines.

‘Used to’ & ‘Would’ + infinitive to talk about a repeated past action, habit or situation.

‘Be used to’ to talk about situations or routines that we are familiar with.

‘Get used to’ to talk about the process of becoming familiar with a situation.
