Feriado Segunda-feira Viagem Grátis: Ardmore Tower, Copper Coast Cliffs & Tramore Beach
Please sign up VIA LINK IN EMAIL before 14:00 on Friday, because the bus must be booked!
This is a free trip for CEC students because there are no classes on Monday.
Monday, June 1st, is a Bank Holiday, meaning the school will be closed and there will be no classes, so why not join us for a free trip to County Waterford!
Please meet outside CEC at 09:45 on Monday
The bus will depart at 10:00 AM and return to Cork City at approximately 5:30 PM.
Our first stop is the Ardmore Round Tower and ancient monastery, perched on a hill overlooking the village. Here, you’ll have the chance to explore a remarkably well-preserved 30-metre-high round tower dating back to the 12th century.
Next, we’ll head to the stunning Copper Coast Cliffs viewing point, where you’ll enjoy breathtaking views. This dramatic stretch of coastline, extending 25 km between Tramore and Dungarvan, features rugged cliffs, scenic beaches, and hidden inlets.
We’ll finish the day with a relaxing visit to Tramore Town & Beach, a popular seaside spot perfect for a stroll or simply taking in the sea air.
