Donkey Sanctuary & Doneraile Park

The Donkey Sanctuary’s mission is to transform the quality of life for donkeys and mules; their vision is a world where donkeys and mules live free from suffering, and their contribution to humanity is fully valued; and their values are compassion, collaboration, and creativity. Join us as we walk along the Donkey Sanctuary Walkway and meet the donkeys kept on the farm. If you wish to bring some treats for the Donkeys, you can do so and we will add them to the treat box in the Visitor Centre. The Donkeys like apples, carrots, ginger nut biscuits, and polo mints!

Afterward, we will visit Doneraile Park which is a 166 hectares 18th-century landscaped park with deciduous trees, water features, and deer herds.
